We are a charitable organization — the Ukrainian Educational Foundation — dedicated to supporting hildren.Over 20,000 children are currently under our care. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have been arrying out humanitarian missions to the eastern regions of Ukraine. We help evacuate families, create educational spaces, and conduct workshops for children living in frontline “red zones.” Our special focus is on orphaned children living with elderly guardians of retirement age — currently, there are more than 100 such children in our care.

Vladik is a boy who lost his mother in the war. He was evacuated from Lyman together with his grandmother. We found them housing, helped them adapt, and provided everything they needed.
But there are hundreds of children like Vladik — children who have lost their parents, but have not lost their right to warmth, safety, and love.
It is for them that we are creating HOME — a space where they can live, learn, and receive medical and psychological support.
Our mission is not just to provide a roof over their heads, but to create a true family for those who have been left alone.

The HOME is ready! Now it’s time to set it up

We have already found and purchased the perfect building — a former hospital located 20 km from Bila Tserkva.

Renovations and preparations are currently underway so that children and their guardians can move into a safe home as soon as possible.

To complete the renovation and provide children with everything they need, we need your support.

Development of the HOME project over the next 5 years

Currently, our foster care service focuses on families of fallen heroes, those in captivity, and those wounded, as well as children whose parents serve in the State Emergency Service and children of medical workers in the “red” zones. For these categories of families, we are developing (and it is already partially operational) a rehabilitation program. At the HOME Center, children with their mothers will be able to undergo 7- and 10-day rehabilitation courses with full board. Psychologists and group sessions will be available. We intend to obtain a medical license.
